Can the consultation be held online?
Yes. Consultations can take place by video call, with the same level of attention as an in-person meeting.
What documents should I bring?
Anything related to the matter: contracts, letters, emails, official notices and an identity document. If in doubt, just mention it when booking.
How are fees set?
They depend on the complexity of the matter and the time expected. They can be fixed, hourly or mixed, and are always agreed in writing before work begins.
Is the information I share confidential?
Yes. Lawyers are bound by professional secrecy on all facts they learn in the course of their work.
Can I start a visa or Portuguese nationality (citizenship) application from abroad?
Yes. Visa applications are filed with Portuguese consulates and nationality applications with the IRN, and the whole process can be followed online.
